It's located extremely near to the entrance/exit of metro n subway stations, barely 100 meters away. There are plenty of eateries nearby,. The hotel is very clean n it has washing machines n dryers on 4 floors. Convenient for those who wish to travel light, n brought few clothes,

The staff was very helpful. They made check-in and check-out very easy. They were kind enough to store our luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore the city, which was very convenient. The location is great! Very central to all the metro stations...it's about a 10 minute walk from Osaka Station. The price was great for us, very economic compared to other places; just don't expect anything fancy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who's looking to travel to Japan on a limited budget. Also, don't forget to try their complimentary mask and olive facial products they have in the lobby; they're so nourishing to ones skin. We loved them!

Great location close to airport link bus and nightlife of the Umeda area. Rooms were a few inches bigger than most in Japan at this price.

The location is excellent—near a food district, making it very convenient to find food anytime, even late at night. It’s also close to shopping centres at Osaka Umeda Station. The hotel facilities were quite complete, including a water dispenser, laundry and a dryer. The room was also quite spacious too for a family.

The room was big enough for two people. The housekeeping supplies new towels and other utilities everyday. The breakfast was amazing! You can find either Japanese style or Western style breakfast. The employees were very friendly and caring.

Location was great! Short walk from Umeda station and tons of stores to eat from in the underground tunnel. Hotel provided facial cleanser, oil, toner and cream which was great. Water dispenser on every floor. Bed was just the right firmness for us.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The hotel location is near umeda station and a subway line. It's also fairly close to a lot of food places.

The location is near the tourist area and some conbini where you can buy food anytime if you get hungry.
